Main Features
Heating Source: Hot air convection; SS heating tube, controlled by SCR
One side open for maintenace, easy operation.
Material: outside - cold plate, painted; Chamber - stainless steel.
Conveyor: guiding & support roller, driven less.
Atomosphere inside: nagetive, to make sure the harmful gas will be exhausted from right outlet.
Control system: two heating zones, Delta thermostat. with timing and automatic constant temperature. Alternative PLC control
Main Functions:
Automatic Constant temperature: The temperature controller can automatically calculate the output power according to the temperature value set by the user using PID. The closer it is to the temperature setting value, the smaller the output power is, so as to achieve the purpose of constant temperature control and save energy.
Over temperature Controller:When the temperature exceeds the set value of the over-temperature protection thermostat, the heating power is automatically cut off;
Timing:LED digital controller, the maximum time can be set to 99 hours, and the unit can be arbitrarily switched to hours, minutes, seconds
Others: Audible alarm and grounding protection
