Custom industrial ovens and furnaces built to your specifications. Custom
designed and manufactured for processes where “off the shelf” won’t work.
Customizable. To dry composite material production, carbon fiber heating, mesh conveyor, gas-burning tunnel oven.1000tons per year (dried material, moisture <5%), anti-explosion
Main Factors:
Material: cold plate for outer shell, with painting; stainless steel 304 for inner chamber, full welded;
Heating Source: Gas Burner, 3 heatign zones.
Conveyor: Mesh Conveyor
Humanity Control: each section has exhausting fans, with convertor, fan speed adjustable.
Anti-explosion configuration
PLC & HMI control
Other Information
Temperature Control:
A system to monitor and regulate the temperature inside the oven to ensure consistency across the drying process. Typically, the temperature range for drying carbon fiber particles is around 100°C to 200°C, depending on the type of resin or coating applied to the fibers.
Air Change System:
On the top of each zone, the air inlet and outlet are installed.
In each zone, the humanity detector is installed in each zone, if the humanity is higher than requirement, the exhausting fan installed at the air outlet will start to exhaust the vapor. Besides, a stop valve is installed at the air outlet to avoid condensor back to oven.
Tunnel Structure:
The tunnel oven itself would be long enough to allow the carbon fiber particles to pass through the heating zone gradually.
Conveyor belts or other moving systems can carry the particles through the oven to ensure even exposure to the heat.
The design would ideally be continuous to maintain steady production rates.
Particle Handling:
Carbon fiber particles are often light and can easily be moved by airflow. A careful design such as the air direction is needed to prevent them from being blown out of the system or accumulating in unwanted areas.
Baffles or mesh screens could be used to keep the particles within the desired part of the oven and avoid direct contact with the burners.
