Custom industrial ovens and furnaces built to your specifications. Custom
designed and manufactured for processes where “off the shelf” won’t work.
Customizable. For curing, drying, heating, tempering. A 3-layer oven for electric resistance production is typically used in industries where precise temperature control and uniform heat distribution are critical for manufacturing electric resistors, heating elements, or similar components.
Main Factors:
Material: cold plate for outer shell, with painting; stainless steel 304 for inner chamber, full welded;
Heating Source: Hot Air recirculation Heating, 5 sections, each section has two zones, independently control
Conveyor: high-temperature roller conveyor
Exhausting fans: each section has exhausting fans, with convertor, fan speed adjustable.
Contolling system: Seimens PLC & HMI, Delta Thermostat. Automatic movement with robot.
Other Information
Temperature Control:
Each of the three layers has separate thermostats and controllers, allowing for independent adjustments of temperature to meet specific process requirements.
Precise temperature control is critical to ensure that the electric resistance material is treated in the optimal conditions to achieve consistent and reliable resistance properties.
Uniform Heat Distribution:
The oven is designed to ensure that heat is distributed evenly across all layers, preventing hot or cold spots that could lead to defects or inconsistencies in the final product.
The use of electric resistance heating elements ensures efficient, direct heating.
Material Flow:
The material being processed typically moves through each layer sequentially, or batches can be processed in each layer depending on the design. For continuous production, a conveyor system might be used to move materials through the different heating zones.
Insulation:
The oven features high-grade insulation between the layers to minimize energy loss and ensure safety and stability of the heating process.
Airflow Control:
Fans or blowers are used in some designs to control the airflow within the oven, ensuring that heat is distributed evenly and helping to prevent the buildup of hot or cool pockets of air.
