The whole process of line as following

Tray is put onto lifter#1→tray get into upper layer input station→ turn 90° →tray gets into upper layer oven→move 9 positions↓

 output tray to lifter#1← turn 90° ←move 9 position←get into lower layer oven←moves lifter#2←                                                                                                                                                              

Main Parameter

Material: cold plate for outer shell, with painting; stainless steel 304 for inner chamber, full welded;

Heating Source: Hot Air recirculation Heating, 5 sections, each section has two zones, independently control

Conveyor: high-temperature chain conveyor, available for 120kg parts

Detector: hydrogen density detector

Exhausting fans: each section has exhausting fans, with convertor, fan speed adjustable.

Fire partition: withstand 500℃, with inspection window which is one for each section

Flame detector: outside of the oven, flame detector is installed to avoid fire.
