Customizable. A specialized piece of equipment used in the manufacturing, curing, heat treatment, or testing of electric motor components, including stators, rotors, and other critical parts. The curing tunnel will be applied in the production line, follows the C/T of the production line.

Product introduction:

EV motors, particularly those used in electric vehicles, require precise temperature control to ensure the integrity and performance of the components, such as the winding insulation, magnets, and rotor cores. Industrial ovens for these applications must meet specific standards for temperature uniformity, energy efficiency, and scalability, among other factors.

Heat Distribution:Special desigened air way to let hot air distribute evenly in the oven according to the shape of the parts; Forced air circulationorrecirculating air systemsensure that heat is evenly distributed across the motor components. This is critical in preventinghot spotsthat could damage the motor parts, such as the stator windings or magnets. Besides, the high-efficiency blowersandairflow management systemsto ensure consistent heat distribution across large or complex parts.

Precise Temperature Control: advanced temperature controllersto maintain a steady, controlled environment. Some ovens haveprogrammable profilesthat allow manufacturers to set custom temperature ramps, hold times, and cooling periods to meet the needs of various processes;

Large Capacity:The oven will follow the production C/T, such as 40-50s/part. As well, the oven is designed according the size of the processed part, which means even the part is very big, it also works.


Energy Efficiency: Given the scale of EV motor production,energy efficiencyis crucial for both cost-effectiveness and sustainability. Ovens designed for EV motors often featureinsulationandheat recovery systemsthat reduce energy consumption by minimizing heat loss.
